All about Toile

I am all about incorporating toile into the wedding...have been for the last 35 hours or so. If I can find matching (or at least similar) purple toile paper and fabric this weekend, I will be such a happy camper. I really love the print and I've been kinda grasping for some sort of "theme" to run with and this just might be something to pull it all together! All you internet detectives out there, let me know if you find any purple toile!

2 Important Walks

October is right around the corner and I'll be in two different walks and I encourage you to do the same or support the causes!

Next up on October 25 is the The Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network Walk for Food Allergy: Moving Toward A Cure. The event will raise funds to find a cure for food allergy and to educate others about its impact. It is FAAN’s mission to raise public awareness, to provide advocacy and education, and to advance research on behalf of all those affected by food allergies and anaphylaxis. Labor Day

We headed to Stanley for the long weekend for what will probably be the last camping trip of the season. Eight people and seven dogs - but it was actually a lot more relaxing than it sounds! We discovered Fergie likes 4-wheeling with us and of course, playing with her cousins Hattie & Hondo. And we had an unexpected suprise Monday morning - SNOW!

Centerpieces

I was recently at my Junior League office and came across these centerpieces that they used in the past, but were just going to get rid of. I kinda like them, but am not completely inspired by them, so I welcome any thoughts and/or opinions. The pics are not great since I took them with my camera phone, but hopefully you get the idea. Junior League had a candle in them, but I'm not so sure that's what I need during the middle of the day. Chris thought we could wind some vines through them. Who knows?!
