Wedding Planning in the New Year
So, I have totally been slacking in the wedding planning department. I was all excited at first, then it tapers off, then you get a new job, then the holidays come, its been crazy. But now I am starting to panic. April 25 will be here in no time! I ordered my veil yesterday - after a long, veil or no veil debate with myself. Now I've got to get on track with invites and flowers. And even though I thought I had a menu set, I'm being wishy washy on that and might change my mind. I haven't had a question up for a while either, so here is a new one - vote early and vote often!

Hi Shauna,
We are getting married at 2pm on March 28 and decided to do hor d'oeurves, beer/wine/soft drinks, and wedding cake. This gives people the opportunity to go out to dinner as a group and if you and Chris want to have an after party or something with your closest friends, you have the option.
I also wanted to share that we got our invitations at Exclusivelyweddings.com and I love them! They did a great job and were really affordable. I thought about the whole DIY, but didn't have the time or the energy.
I know what you mean about stages of activity. I still have to order my veil (doing it tonight) but sometimes other things in life push their way to the front of the line.
Have a great day! -Suzy
